Food List: FRUITS
Eat separately and before noon.

Apples: 1 small
Blueberries: 1/2 cup
Blackberries: 1/2 cup
Cantaloupe: 1/8 large
Cherries: 10 med
Grapes: 10
Grapefruit: 1/2 of a medium
Orange: 1 small
Peach: 1 small
Raspberries
Strawberries
