  1. My Goal is to lose 5 pounds by Feb. 1, 2010.
    That means I must lose 1.25 pounds per week. That is just over 3500 calories per week.
    I will weigh myself only ONCE a week.
    I will exercise a minimum of 1 hour per day 5 days per week.
    Exercising 5 days per week = 700 calories per day to burn over 3500 calories per week to reach my goal by Feb. 1, 2010.

    I am ready to start the sxinney challenge!! my goal is to loose 5 lbs. by Feb. 1st. Soo im going to exercise a min. of 5 days a week. and try to eat off carols food list..
